DANCE, STRETCH AND STRENGTH
Come join Dance instructor Amanda Lappin on Thursday evenings with her off ice training program: The dance, stretch and strength program is an off ice program designed to help your skater on the ice. Your skater will learn dance ballet fundamentals, stretching and strengthening exercises to help with skaters on ice skills. Ballet is a great way to help with skaters musicality, gracefulness and arm placement. The stretching and strengthening exercises focus on increasing back and leg flexibility and increasing skaters ankle and core strength.
There are 2 sessions for classes:
The 6:00-7:00 pm class is $10 per week and then we have a condensed class from 7:00-7:30 that is $5 per week. Classes are held at Shove Park in the back area by the community room and class fees are paid directly to Amanda.
